Set up your status page

A public page that shows your sites' live status and history, in your name, with updates you can post in seconds.

Your page

Open Status page in your dashboard. Your public address is https://owlhound.com/status/<token>; share it, link it from your footer or embed it on your site. It lists every monitored site with its current state, a 90-day history bar and recent incidents. Time inside a maintenance window is not counted against uptime.

Make it yours

  • Title and logo. Set a page title and upload a PNG or SVG logo (up to 200 KB).
  • Incident notes. Post a note with a state: investigating, identified, monitoring or resolved. Update it as things change.
  • Email subscribers. Visitors can subscribe on the page, confirm by email, and are told when a service goes down or recovers and when you post a note. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Maintenance. Schedule a window ahead of time, once or weekly. It appears on the page, and subscribers are told when it starts and ends.

If our servers are down

A saved copy of your page is refreshed every minute and served automatically if our application is unreachable, marked with its age. It cannot send emails or take new notes until we are back.

Custom domains such as status.yourcompany.com are not available yet.
