How the trial and billing work

  1. Start with a 7-day paid trial ($2–$6 depending on the plan). Create an account, pick a plan and add what to watch.
  2. Then it's month-to-month. The trial fee is separate from your first month. Payments are processed by Polar.
  3. Cancel any time. Cancelling pauses monitoring; you can resume by subscribing again. See the terms for refund details.

No free plan today. If a free tier matters most, UptimeRobot and StatusCake offer one — our comparison pages are honest about where each fits.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

Not today. Every plan starts with a 7-day paid trial from $2 to $6. If you need a free tier, our comparison pages point to services that offer one.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

Your plan continues month-to-month at the monthly price. The trial fee is separate from your first month, and you can cancel any time before or after.

What counts as a site?

One public web address (URL) that we check, such as your homepage or a checkout page. The Agency plan covers up to 10; the Bundle adds your own website and up to 10 extra sites.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Cancelling pauses monitoring, and you can resume by subscribing again.

Do you ask for passwords or access to my website?

No. We only check public pages, exactly as a visitor sees them.

How do I get support?

From inside your dashboard via support tickets, or by email at [email protected]. A person reads every message.
