Watch every client site — and look proactive doing it

One dashboard for up to 10 client websites. You hear about an outage before the client does, and every Monday you get a polished report with your name on it, ready to forward.

The problem OwlHound solves for agencies

Clients assume you're watching their site. Usually nobody is — until the client phones to say it's down, or an SSL certificate you set up two years ago quietly expires. Proving you keep an eye on things is a retention tool, but building that visibility yourself is not billable work.

What you get

Up to 10 client sites

One dashboard with a status row, 30-day uptime and response time for each site.

Confirmed outage alerts

5-minute checks, retried and confirmed before you're emailed — so alerts mean something. Recovery emails include the total downtime.

White-label weekly reports

A clean HTML report sent to you under your agency's name — no OwlHound branding — with uptime, outages, response time and expiry countdowns per site.

Status pages

A public page with 90-day history and incident timeline you can share with clients.

SSL & domain expiry

Warnings before any client's certificate or domain lapses — the classic "who was supposed to renew that?" problem.

Maintenance windows

Deploying or migrating? Pause alerts for that site and keep the downtime out of the client's uptime numbers.

How agencies use it

  1. Add your clients' sites — homepage, checkout or booking page, whatever matters to them.
  2. Get the first alert when something breaks, and often fix it before the client notices.
  3. Forward the Monday report. It arrives under your brand with a one-minute summary and the numbers behind it.
  4. Use it as a retention conversation. "Your site was up 99.97% this month, and we renewed the certificate with 21 days to spare" is an easy message to send.

Public pages only. OwlHound never asks you or your clients for passwords or server access — it checks what any visitor can see.

What it isn't

OwlHound watches availability, certificates, domains and prices. It isn't an APM tool, a log analyser or a replacement for server-side monitoring. If a client needs deep infrastructure metrics, keep using those — and use OwlHound for the outside-in view and the client-facing reporting.

Frequently asked questions

How many client sites are included?

The Agency Watchdog plan covers up to 10 sites on one dashboard.

Are the reports really white-label?

Yes. The weekly report is sent to you under the agency or business name you set, without OwlHound branding, so you can forward it to your client as your own.

Can clients see the dashboard?

Not today. Clients receive what you forward — the weekly report and the shareable status page.

Can I schedule maintenance for a client's site?

Yes. Set a window for one site or all sites; outages inside it aren't alerted or counted against uptime.

Do I need access to the client's server?

No. Everything is checked from the outside using public URLs.
