OwlHound provides scheduled public monitoring and email alerts (optional Slack) for websites, Google reviews, and competitor pages you designate. Service is month-to-month via Polar and cancelable anytime. Canceling pauses monitoring; you may resume by subscribing again.
Paid trials are one-time fees for a limited trial period (shown at checkout). The trial fee is not credited toward the first month of a subscription unless we explicitly say otherwise at checkout. After the trial, monitoring pauses until you subscribe at the listed monthly price.
Trial fees are generally non-refundable once monitoring has been activated for your account. Monthly subscription refunds are considered case-by-case within 7 days of payment if you have not made substantial use of the service — email [email protected]. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account closure.
Monitoring depends on third-party availability (your site, Google Places / Business Profile, competitor sites, DNS, email). We do not guarantee zero false positives/negatives. Google may return only a sample of reviews; we do not claim to catch every public review. Alerts are best-effort. Price detection may fail on JavaScript-heavy or blocked storefronts.
You may only monitor properties you own or have permission to watch. Use public URLs and Place IDs responsibly. Do not use OwlHound to harass, scrape login-walled content, violate third-party terms, or overload targets. We may pause or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Public Places review monitoring stores ratings and ids only and links you to Google Maps. Suggested AI drafts (Groq) are not part of that path today. Connect Google (planned) may add optional approved replies later. See our Privacy Policy.
